Rojak is a local delicacy (some call it local salad) which consist of beansprout, turnip, guava, cucumber, pineapple, unripe mangoes and dough fritters tossed in a sticky black sauce and chopped peanut. It may not look appetising but you will be surprised by the unique taste. The rojak at this store have jellyfish, century egg, and torch ginger flower buds as add on ingredient which are not as common.
