Walk near the area and you will be able to smell the aroma of Lian He Ben Ji Claypot Rice. Claypot rice is is made with the fragrant chinese waxed sausage, salted fish and chicken mixed in a dark soy sauce. At Lian He Ben Ji Claypot, they cooked with traditional charcoal and one of the best part of the dish is the burnt rice so don’t throw it away. Be prepared to wait at least 0.5hr to 1.5hr  as they will cook the Claypot Rice upon order. They also serve soup so you can order to serve it together with your rice.
