Fried Kway Teow Mee more commonly known as Char kway teow, is a noodle dish that is well like in Singapore and Malayisa. The ingredient consist of flat rice noodles and yellow wheat noodles, chinese waxed sausage, egg, fishcake and beansprouts. It is stir-fried over high heat with the wok hei taste (charred aroma).
